How long we keep it
Names and contact details are automatically deleted 24 hours after you join. Feedback is kept so we can improve the service. If you add an email to feedback, it's used only to reply to you.
On your device
Your ticket is remembered in this browser so you keep your spot if you refresh. Leaving the line or finishing your visit clears it.
